The aim of this research is to improve
motivation and the students outcomes of the Religion subject “(Pendidikan Agama
Islam/PAI)” of the class of VIID’s students in second semester at SMPN 3
Lumajang, the academic year of 2013/2014.
The research is done to the class of VII D’s students at SMPN 3 Lumajang
Kab.Lumajang the academic year of 2013/2014 with the amount of the students is
32 students with 17 students of boy and 15 students of girls. This research is
done on 3 cycles with the topic “sholat Jama’ dan Qashar”. The result of this
research is the motivation amd the students outcomes on the Religion subject “(Pendidkan Agama Islam/PAI)” that used
observation method through observation format and the students outcomes that
submitted by using a test. This research based on the data analyze that showed
occurred the improvement in the student motivation of learning on the Religion subject “(Pendidkan Agama
Islam/PAI)” through Demonstration Learning Methode at class of VIID’s students
the academic year of 2013/2014. It can be proved from the observation
data that was done on the first cycle in generally, is in the category of
high motivation, while in the second cycle of observation data in the
classical aspects of assessed score
obtained indicated the motivation to learn the subject of Islamic Education
(PAI) belonging to the category. Similarly,an
increase inthe averageoutcomesof learningandimprovementof complete classicallearning, at theend of eachcycleofpre-cycle56.25%,
81.25% first cycleandthe secondcycle of90.63%. The results ofthis research , indicating thatcouldImprovingMotivationand Learning Outcomesthe
